"In 2005 I decided to start a new software company; offering open source workflow solutions. After decades of studying the problems in the existing category "website services", I created a new and different category where 100% of the problems were solved.

Web Portals, Portal Consulting, Portal Hosting, Portal Support... the word (and category) 'portal' captured the experience of working with someone who partners with you, sees the bottom line and how portal technology helps us get there.

My first elevator pitch... my response to 'what do you do?', became:

'Websites are built by webmasters, creating a webslave situation... I'm the Moses of IT, I set webslaves free.'"
